3 1/2 oz Chicken breast
Pinch of Salt & pepper
1/2 Onion
1/2 Carrot
2 Green pepper
Grated cheese, As you like
A: 1 Tbsp. Oil
A: 1 Clove minched garlic
B: 6 Tbsp. Tomato ketchup
B: Pinch of Salt & pepper

作り方

1 材料です。
Ingredients.
2 白滝は食べやすい長さに切り、さっと茹でてざるにあけ、乾煎りをして水分をとばす。
3 鶏むね肉は一口大のそぎ切りにして塩・こしょうを振る。玉ねぎは8mm幅のスライスに、にんじん、ピーマンは短冊切りにする。
4 フライパンに(A)を入れて火にかけ、鶏むね肉、玉ねぎ、にんじんを炒める。
火が通ったら、ピーマンも加えて炒める。
5 白滝を加え、(B)で味を調える。ケチャップとしらたきの水気が飛んで全体が絡んだら火を止める。器に盛り付け、粉チーズをかける。

7 Cut the Shitrataki noodles into bite-sized pieces.
8 Blanch and drain the Shirataki well with a sieve, and parch to dry out the excess water.
9 Cut the chicken breast into slivers, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
10 Cut the onion into 1/2 inch (1cm) slices, and cut the carrot and green pepper rectangles.
11 Put the ingredients A in a frying pan, and bring to the boil.
12 Add the chicken breast, onion and carrot into the pan, and fry.
13 When they are cooked, add green pepper into the pan and fry.
14 Add the Shirataki noodles and the ingredients B to taste.
15 When the liquid is almost gone, turn off the heat.
16 Arrange on a plate, and sprinkle the grated cheese.
